This work presents the implementation of an Energy Management System (EMS), designed to control electrical vehicle charging parks along with its renewable energy resources while power demand is limited. The solution was developed in the context of the Eletroposto CELESC Research and Development (R&D) project, which has also developed a microgrid known as e-Park. The EMS was implemented in a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environment to simulate scenarios of availability of these resources in addition to communication tests with all components installed. This paper presents the strategies used, the results obtained and an analysis of the use of resources by the EMS.
